Personnel Expert is an educational board game developed to enhance students’ comprehension of core Human Resource Management (HRM) functions through an engaging and strategic learning experience. Designed as a physical tabletop game, this innovation promotes active learning, collaboration, and real-world simulation aligned with the academic syllabus. By gamifying HR concepts such as Staffing, Compensation, Safety and Health, Performance Management, and Employee Relations, Personnel Expert addresses the challenge of making HR theory more accessible and memorable.
