The Web-Based Self-Evaluation Tools (We-Set) is a digital platform created for Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) graduates to check their academic results against the requirements for Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) diploma programs. This easy-to-use system allows students to enter their SPM results. The platform then analyzes these results based on UTHM’s entry requirements. We-Set gives feedback in less than one minute, including eligibility status, recommended programs, and advice for academic improvement. By streamlining the evaluation process, We-Set saves time and effort needed for manual checks, reduces errors, and improves access for students in both cities and rural areas. The system also helps academic advisors and educational institutions by simplifying the counseling process and producing standardized reports. Built with responsive web technology, We-Set works on various devices, ensuring it can be widely used. This innovation supports Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4, Quality Education, by promoting equal access to educational information and helping students make informed choices about their academic paths.
