TRC43: FlipPoly: Enhancing Polynomial Function Learning Through Interactive Flipbook

SUHAILA BAHROM Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Malaysia

FlipPoly is a digital flipbook developed to support the teaching and learning of polynomial functions in an interactive and engaging way. By combining PowerPoint slides with embedded YouTube videos, this tool presents mathematical content in a clear, accessible format suitable for STPM and foundation-level students. The flipbook allows students to navigate lessons at their own pace, review examples visually, and reinforce understanding through guided explanations. Its structure encourages active participation and can be used both during classroom teaching and for self-directed revision. While not intended to replace conventional teaching, FlipPoly offers an alternative platform that complements existing instructional methods. It aims to improve student engagement and comprehension by presenting polynomial topics in a more interactive format, particularly helpful for visual and auditory students.
