MyKITS is designed to automate the data entry process for users by extracting data from Microsoft Excel files or data table codes formatted in HyperText Markup Language (HTML) and transferring it directly into the organization's Content Management System (DbMS) through automation code integration. The idea for developing MyKITS originated from a problem faced at KPTM Ipoh, where lecturers needed to manually copy hundreds of student grades one by one into the DbMS. Since then, MyKITS has been developed to solve this issue. Starting from trial tests using a prototype, MyKITS has shown effective results in helping lecturers complete their tasks. In the development of MyKITS, several factors were considered to ensure its effectiveness in achieving zero error in the data entry process into the DbMS. MyKITS can be used offline or integrated directly into any DbMS system at no cost. In general, MyKITS offers a highly efficient solution for institutions and administrative staff to manage and analyze user data effectively.
