Abstract for Project (EduManageX)

In today’s fast-paced learning environment, business students are often introduced to management theories in a way that feels disconnected from real-world application. Concepts like Planning, Organising, Leading, and Controlling (POLC), though fundamental are frequently taught in silos, leaving learners struggling to connect the dots. EduManageX was developed to bridge this gap.

EduManageX is a lightweight, user-friendly digital planner designed specifically for management students. The tool brings the core functions of management to life through interactive templates, simple simulations, and guided activities. Students can set strategic goals, build organizational charts, manage team roles, track project KPIs, and reflect on their decisions all within one integrated workspace.

What makes EduManageX unique is not just its simplicity, but its ability to humanize the learning of management by putting students in the shoes of real decision-makers. It encourages teamwork, critical thinking, and leadership in a collaborative digital setting without the complexity of expensive simulation software.
