TRC67: Reel, Reflect, And Rise: ToTLaS X SCALE In Student-Driven Aquatic Animal Health Learning

This project integrates Training of Trainers for Laboratory Subjects (ToTLaS) and Student-Created Aquatic Learning Experience (SCALE) methodologies to cultivate student empowerment in Aquatic Animal Health through an innovative, peer-led, gamified laboratory approach. By designing and facilitating hands-on laboratory activities, students actively enhance their mastery of subject matter, creativity in educational resource development, and confidence in teaching roles. This student-centered strategy not only reinforces academic concepts but also promotes collaborative skills and contextualized understanding, preparing participants for effective, real-world problem-solving in aquatic animal health management.
