The Immersive AR Sales Dashboard: Real-Time Analytics for Enhanced Retail Decision-Making and Customer Engagement is a prototype leveraging augmented reality (AR) to enable real-time stock tracking and sales analysis in physical retail environments. It addresses inefficiencies caused by manual inventory management and inadequate demand analysis, which lead to wasted resources and higher operational costs. Built using Reality Composer and integrated with CRM and ERP systems, the dashboard overlays real-time sales data, stock levels, and predictive analytics onto physical shelves. This solution aims to boost customer engagement by 40% through interactive AR experiences, such as product information and personalized recommendations, while aiding retail managers in data-driven decisions via live metrics like sales trends and inventory status. Providing a user-friendly interface for sales teams and analysts centralizes critical KPIs such as stock availability and high-demand product performance into a scalable, immersive platform. The innovation supports sustainable practices by optimizing resource allocation. It aligns with market demands for AR-driven business models, offering licensing and SaaS opportunities across retail, manufacturing, and real estate sectors. Through bringing benefits on SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, SDG 9  Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production, and SDG 13: Climate Action, this ideation could bring new market opportunities, hence enhancing the supply chain management.
