The purpose of this study is to determine and assess students' production levels in relation to their literacy in artificial intelligence (AI). The information system success model was developed and tested using a variety of concepts using the structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. The research tool utilized in this survey-based study was an online questionnaire. The questionnaire was developed based on the tools used by previous investigations. Both descriptive and inferential analyses, including SEM, were conducted using the statistical software IBM SPSS and SmartPLS 4.1.1. Practically speaking, the suggested tool can be used as an evaluation tool for continuous advancements in AI literacy. From a theoretical standpoint, the study has produced a framework with empirical backing that highlights significant facets of AI literacy that have an impact on students' productivity. The methodology may be useful for future studies by researchers who focus on assessing AI productivity. Alternatively, the framework can be further extended by adding extra factors, such as socioeconomic or organizational characteristics.
