The demand for portable and sustainable energy solutions highlights the need for innovative systems that combine functionality, efficiency and environmental responsibility. Conventional power generators are often heavily dependent on fossil fuels, contributing to carbon emissions, while portable cooking devices are usually limited in terms of energy resources and efficiency. Therefore, the Portable Sunergy X Function was developed to meet the needs of society for sustainable, portable and multifunctional alternative energy sources. The main objective of this project was to design and develop a product that combines two main functions, namely a solar-based power generator and a light cooking appliance in one compact unit. This combination makes the product more versatile and offers a comprehensive solution to users who need an alternative energy source and portable cooking facilities at the same time. The development process of the Portable Sunergy X Function involved design conceptualization, prototype fabrication and functional testing. Effectiveness was assessed through two main evaluations, namely the ability to charge small electronic devices and light cooking performance. The results showed that the prototype successfully fulfilled its intended function. This innovation is directly aligned with several of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy, SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production, and SDG 13: Climate Action. By promoting the use of renewable energy, reducing reliance on fossil fuels, and offering multifunctional solutions, the Portable Sunergy X Function can contribute to environmental sustainability and social well-being. In conclusion, the prototype developed is functional and offers a sustainable and affordable energy alternative. Its dual function positions it as a valuable innovation with the potential to be commercialized for society and the environment in the long term
