Virtual Booth

The goal of this project is to identify and address concerns with the library's book borrowing and returning operations.  The findings show that consumers frequently struggle to check the availability of books, must connect directly with library staff, and encounter delays owing to manual systems and time limits.  The suggested approach addresses these issues by implementing a digital system that allows users to monitor book availability in real time and make reservations in advance.  This technique is designed to increase the efficiency of library services and reduce the time and inconvenience for users when borrowing or returning books.
