The changes of demand among business stakeholders with existence of current technology make the old change management approaches become not relevant anymore. This is due new requirement in delivering customers with effective and efficient ways. This innovation idea introduces an Artificial Intelligence (AI) capacity with the proposes i-STEP change framework, designed as preliminary stage to manage the changes of a business organization. By integrating proven models like Prosci’s ADKAR model and Lewin’s Three-Stage Model within an AI-supported platform, the change plan can start with easy approaches. This will helps many peoples especially business stakeholders to do an accurate change approaches. The framework offers a structured five-step approach: identifying change, checklist formulation, stage mapping, process management, and contingency planning. With wide-ranging applications across education, healthcare, government, and SMEs, the i-STEP Plus AI model presents a scalable, cost-effective, and commercially viable solution for the future of change management.
