MyCounsel: Student Counselling and Data Management System is a web-based application
developed to enhance the efficiency, organization, and responsiveness of counselling
services within educational institutions. Tailored specifically for counsellors, the system is
designed to streamline key administrative processes and support mental health service
delivery through secure and centralized digital operations. Developed using PHP, MySQL,
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, MyCounsel automates essential tasks such as appointment
scheduling, email notifications, and record management, thereby minimizing manual workload
and improving task accuracy. The system incorporates encryption protocols and role-based
access control to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive student information,
complying with institutional data protection policies. By reducing administrative overhead,
MyCounsel enables counsellors to focus on direct student engagement, thereby facilitating
